Botscrews provides autonomous AI agents and intelligence infrastructure. While we strive for 99.99% uptime and high accuracy, AI outputs are probabilistic. Users are responsible for supervising AI deployments in critical business processes.

3. Acceptable Use

The platform must not be used for:

Generating deceptive or harmful content.
Attempting to reverse-engineer Botscrews's proprietary models.
Circumventing security measures or rate limits.
Violating any local or international laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Botscrews retains all rights to its platform, code, and foundational models. Customers retain all rights to their training data and the specific content generated by their configured agents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Botscrews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
